Access for all participants is granted only with a participant badge, collected from the Registration Desk.

Entry without a badge will not be permitted.

Each badge contains a unique QR code. Please scan your badge daily, at every entry/exit of scientific sessions, to maximize CME credits.
Cancellations & Refunds

Until August, 15, 2026 → Full refund minus a 5 EUR processing fee

August, 16 – October 1, 2026 → 50% refund

From October 2, 2026 → No refunds will be issued
