The Participation Fee Includes:

  • Electronic certificate of participation with CME credits (for medical professionals)

  • Electronic certificate of participation without CME credits (for non-medical attendees)

Important Notes

  • Access for all participants is granted only with a participant badge, collected from the Registration Desk.

  • Entry without a badge will not be permitted.

  • Each badge contains a unique QR code. Please scan your badge daily, at every entry/exit of scientific sessions, to maximize CME credits.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Until August 15, 2026 → Full refund minus a 5 EUR processing fee

  • August 16 – October 1, 2026 → 50% refund

  • From October 2, 2026 → No refunds will be issued

  • Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to:
