Guidelines for Moderators, Chairs, and Co-Chairs
Dear Moderators, Chairs, and Co-Chairs,
We are delighted to welcome you as a valued contributor to the 16th Balkan Venous Forum Congress and 19th Romanian Congress of Phlebology, taking place in Timișoara from October 8–10, 2026.
The success of our scientific sessions depends on your leadership, punctuality, and ability to engage both speakers and the audience. Please carefully review the following guidelines to ensure smooth and effective execution of your assigned sessions:

Arrive at your session room at least 15 minutes before the start

Familiarize yourself with the schedule, speakers, and presentation content

Manage timing strictly to allow smooth transitions between presentations and discussions

Facilitate audience engagement and discussion at the end of each session
CME Accreditation
-
The congress will seek CME/CPD approval from the College of Physicians in Romania.
-
CME/CPD certificates will be available after completing the online evaluation and credit-claiming procedure, which takes approximately 5 minutes.
